Our mission is to provide a place where people from around the world can debate, develop and plan efforts for the establishment of independent and democratic nations.

We aim to encourage cooperation between the different people and movements that believe in establishing independent nation-states based on the ideal of individual freedom. We believe that they all have ideas and experience which could benefit the free nation community as a whole.

Past efforts such as The Pirate Bay’s attempt to buy Sealand have shown that there is an enormous population of people from around the world who believe in the free-nation movement and are prepared to support it. We are trying to bring these people together and make that goal a reality.

We welcome people of every nationality, race, background and ideology to take part in the conversations and debates on our site. You can join us by entering discussions on our forums and on our irc channel, and by contributing to our wiki.
